VOIDFREIGHT is a short, atmospheric horror space-sim I made for the Garbage jam #2

 You’re a pilot in a deprecated model of a spacecraft, and your contract is simple: get the cargo to the station, manage your power, and try not to drift into the "void."

The Gameplay:

• Power Management: You have four different flight modes: Docking, Cruise, High-Output, and Overdrive. Each one changes how fast you move, but the higher you go, the faster your battery drains. If you sit in Overdrive too long, the lights go out, the life support fails, and you're just a floating coffin.
• The Drift: The ship isn't easy to fly. It naturally drifts, and as you get closer to the goal, the "void" starts pulling harder. You’ll have to constantly fight the controls to stay on the path.
• Asteroids & Invisible Hazards: If you drift too far off-course, you’re entering an unmapped asteroid field. There are no scanners here—you’ll just hear the hull start to buckle as impacts tear the ship apart. Stay on the path, or you won't make it.
• Hull & Shields: You’ve got a limited shield battery to soak up hits, but once that’s gone, it’s just you and the hull integrity. If the hull hits 0%... don't let the hull integrity reach zero...
